You are uniquely positioned to be a student of parenthood at this point, while there’s no pressure or clock ticking down to your due date. Sessions are focused on planning and preparation over the course of 6 sessions focused on the following topics:
Your parenting goals and values
Learning about childhood development and effective parenting styles (including suggested reading!)
Preparing your lifestyle for a child
Safeguarding your relationship so it can withstand the transition to parenthood
Congratulations, you’re expecting or recently became a new parent! At this phase, you and your partner are adjusting to parenthood and all the changes that come along with it. Sessions are focused on easing the transition, including discussing the following topics:
Managing pregnancy changes and planning for childbirth
Bonding with your newborn and adapting to new routines
Coping with sleeplessness, feeding, and postpartum recovery
Your parenthood journey is in full swing and your little one is growing fast! Our work together centers around nurturing your child and building a foundation for growth. We will address the following topics:
Strengthening your understanding of child development during the toddler years
Ensuring your baby’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met
Navigating milestones like walking, talking and first social interactions
Developing discipline strategies for early boundaries and behavior
Your little one is not so little anymore and might already be in nursery or pre-school. Our sessions will focus on encouraging independence and fostering emotional development. We will explore the following topics:

Your child is at the beginning of young adulthood, it’s time to shift your role yet again! Our sessions will focus on transitioning from mom/dad to a mentorship role. We will address the following topics:
Encouraging independence while maintaining emotional connection
Supporting decisions about education, career, and relationships
Letting go and allowing them to navigate adulthood while providing guidance when needed
While this phase of parenting rarely shows up in the headlines, it’s critical for securing a healthy bond that is mutually satisfying to both you and your adult children. Our sessions will focus on redefining the parent-child relationship. The following topics will be addressed:
Respecting their autonomy while maintaining a supportive presence
Building friendship-like dynamic based on mutual respect
Being available for advice while allowing them to make their own choices
This is another phase of parenthood that doesn’t get the attention it deserves! Navigating your adult child’s transition to parenthood can be confusing and you might feel unsure of your place and role in the process. We will address the following topics:
Sharing wisdom and traditions with grandchildren
Supporting your children as they navigate parenthood
Balancing involvement while respecting boundaries
