What can you expect from a Starr Therapy Group?

Expert facilitators. Our highly trained clinicians will provide a safe space to talk openly and to help you gain a sense of empowerment, control, and hope over your challenges.

 

Learn something new. Groups will always include an educational component where you will learn a new skill to manage your feelings/reactions to life’s challenges. Participants will be taught the skill, shown how to use it, and encouraged to practice between sessions to take greater control over improving their wellbeing.

 

Attendance is at your own discretion. We know consistency improves outcomes, but we’re realistic enough to know that life doesn’t always allow for that. Attend the group when you can, and skip it when you can’t.
