I believe that wherever you are in life and whatever you are going through is important and worth exploring. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space that allows you to gain insight into your needs, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Our sessions will most likely have a conversational feel because I use a collaborative and interactive approach- therapy is a partnership and we’re working together to reach your goals. I believe it’s important to understand current patterns of behaviors that may or may not be meeting your needs while simultaneously understanding where you come from and what has shaped your worldview. Like many things in life, what you will get out of therapy depends on what you put in. Healing is hard work and the first step tends to be the hardest, but I’ll be with you every step of the way. We are in this together.
